The Flat Iron Steak is known is the second most tender cut of beef, and it's a Little Cattle Co. Favorite. As a multi-generational Texas beef operation, we pride ourselves on the most delicious Black Angus beef that's been grass-fed and grain-finished.

Because, as our family can attest, when you raise your cattle on the lush natural Texas grasslands, your cattle soak in better nutrition, live happier, healthier lives, and enjoy the bounty that is God's country. We then pasture our cattle and finish them with grains to maximize the marbling, which makes our flat iron steaks extra flavorful, packed with nutrition, and incredibly tender.
