Things get tossed and turned and damaged in shipping; our priority is the quality and safety of the product we're shipping. If your package arrives late or is mishandled by a carrier that makes our beef inedible or unsafe to eat, contact us immediately so we can help remedy the situation and ensure you're taken care of promptly.
